Agnes, had a few names like Ness and Little Grammie.....she was always ready for a party, could be birthdays or cheese parties.. loves her outing on the back deck or just a drive...She had made beautiful smocked dresses that were passed down to all the relatives and then sent back for Sherry 's Melania...Afghans sweaters and many beautiful quilt that we got to look at i her album at the Kawanis always
had lots of treats that would be in the cupboard when anyone came to visit....you would have to plan your visits ....one day we took her a cherry sundae, but she asked if I could put it in the freezer....she had two more games of bingo...loved her trivia games...usually won....never had to buy kleenex... and never without a word search book open on her table and running out of pens...she always had lots of stories to tell about Wayne being born at her house, the time she stained her fence...it was really dark at the end.....she forgot to stir the stain...all the fun party she had with Carl ,and how she loved to dress to the nines ..she was so excited to have her family come from B.C.,Winnipeg and Texas...always want to take them out for a meal and have a small glass of wine...never want you to be I a rush to leave....always grateful for every visit....Our condolences to all your families that you meant so much to....she has left us all with priceless memories......A place for everything.....and everything in its place....hugs to you all..

So sorry for your loss, I met Agnes at Scenic View Care Home when she and my Mom would visit each other and share some of their memories of Springfield. It was priceless and I learned a few things I never had heard before. She was a sweet and gentle Lady and I know she will be missed . Thinking of all her family who have lost a gem, Sandra Kennedy

Agnes’family, I loved it when your Mom/Gram was awake at night and we would have a little chat. One of the first nights we spoke she asked me my name. When I told her she quickly retorted, “ that is a Catholic name”. She was so sweet and smart. I’m sure you, her family, have many many special memories. RIP sweet Agnes

You will be missed Grammie. My fondest memories are visiting Grammie and Grampie in Vernon. We spent many wonderful times there and there never was a shortage of Grammie’s homemade jam, strawberry rhubarb pie or judging whose homemade bread was better, it was always Grammie’s. Love you, Dennis, Liz, Jersey & Brooklyn Clinton
