Obituary of Frankie Fleming

It is with deep sadness, that the family of Francis “Frankie” Timothy Fleming of Norton, NB announce his passing on June 16, 2024, at the Saint John Regional Hospital, Saint John, NB.  He was born on September 8, 1946, in Sussex, NB, a son of the late Samuel and Rita (Mahoney) Fleming.

Frankie will be sadly missed by his 10 siblings: Elizabeth Sommers, Murray Fleming, Leona Eatman, William (Billy) and his wife Marilyn Fleming, Paul Fleming, Deborah Fleming, Patricia O’Donnell, John Fleming, Kathy Fergusen and Marjorie Fleming. He will be dearly missed his many, many nieces and nephews including the great nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Frankie was predeceased by his brother Patrick Fleming and his sister Dorothy Fleming.

A special thanks to Crosswinds for the years that Frankie had with you. A big THANK YOU to the nurses of 3C North and South and Dr. Langille and Dr. Moore for the care and compassion you gave Frankie while he was under your care.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Sherwood’s Funeral Home and Life Tribute Center (506-839-2156) 18 Scovil Road, Norton, NB where visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 19, 2024, from 6:00PM to 8:00PM. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 20, 2024, at 11:00AM from Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Norton, NB. Interment will take place following the service at Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery.
