I was sorry to read of Ruth's passing. I would like to express my condolences to Bill, Mike, Jim, Bruce and all family members. Ruth was a staple in our community and was always involved. She was kind,caring and loving. I have lots of memories growing up with Mike, Jim and Bruce whether it be as dairy farmer's or hockey players we had alot of fun. Bill, Mike, Jim, Bruce and families...please accept our condolences on the passing of Ruth, a very beautiful and much loved lady...her smile..when you would come in the Parlour Doors and she would put her arm around you and give you that smile and a hug, just when you needed it the most, you felt like you were the only one who mattered...I always felt and assumed she would do my funeral (and I told her so)...lol...may you treasure your memories and stories that will be told, over the next days, weeks and months ...she was a true Angel on earth, who can now fly high in the sky with all the Angels...

So sorry to hear of Ruth’s passing .She will always be remembered as one of the kindest ladies I have ever met .I remember first meeting her when she started teaching kindergarten the first year and my daughter Angie was in her class.Over the years I have seen her at the funeral home as many of us have and also enjoyed talking with her when I worked at Mama George’s when they came for meals She was a great lady who will be greatly missed.

It has been 23 years since Don and I lived and taught in the beautiful Belleisle Bay. Despite the passing of time, we both remember Ruth well.
Traits that quickly come to mind when we think of Ruth are her kindness, her caring way, her friendly disposition, her community-mindedness, and a quiet strength that followed her wherever she went (something I always attributed to her strong faith).
