Obituary of Donald Wayne Sharp

It is with great sadness that the family of Donald Wayne Sharp announces his passing which occurred on Thursday, December 10, 2020 at the Sussex Health Centre. Born in Saint John, NB, on June 10, 1945, he was the son of Lois (Bettle) Sharp and the late Fred Sharp.

Don is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Elsie (Urquhart) Sharp of Sussex Corner, formerly of Midland, NB; sons: Brian Sharp of Anagance, NB and Stephen Sharp of Midland, NB; grandchildren: Ian and Eric Sharp; mother Lois Sharp; brothers: Carl Sharp and his wife Ann of Quispamsis, NB and Robert Sharp and his wife Darcia of Bloomfield, NB; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Sherwood’s Funeral Home and Life Tribute Centre (506-839-2156), 18 Scovil Road, Norton, NB. A celebration of Don’s life will take place on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at 11:00am at Midland Cemetery, masks are required and social distancing practices must be followed.
