Personal condolences to the family may be made through www.sherwoodsfuneralhome.com Betty worked tirelessly during her life for the Anglican Church and was inducted into the ACW Roll of Honor. She believed strongly in the Church as a way of life. She lost her Mother and went to work at Scovil Brothers at the tender age of 17. She also worked at Sears Catalogue Offices for many years. Betty dedicated her life to her family and helped them through good times and bad. She taught them that there were no obstacles that couldn't be overcome. The loss of Betty will leave a huge gap in many lives, but; she will live on in our hearts forever. She left us a few words of wisdom: "Don't let your hope and faith for eternal life get lost in the efforts of everyday life. Holdfast to make sure your name is written in the book of life and, God willing, we will all be together again."
