The unexpected death of Irene Green, age 74, beloved wife of Arthur Green, of Belleisle Creek, NB, occurred at the Sussex Health Centre, Sussex, NB, on Tuesday, March 5, 2013. She was born in Jemseg, NB, on September 4, 1938, the daughter of the late Burpee & Blanche (Fisher) Molasky. Irene is survived by her husband Arthur; daughters Katheleen (Kathy) Green, Elizabeth (Beth) & Glen Edwards, Patsy & Paul McGrath, Polly & John MacKenzie, Korena (Tina) Alberts, Evelyn Sivret & Wayne Power; sons Howard Green & Kelly Tayes, Barry & Sue Green, Scott and Andrea Green, Kevin & Wanda Green, Joe Green & Tessie Laurette; 28 grandchildren Blake, Robin, Corey, Erin, Clara-May, Tara, Matthew, Amanda, Jeremy, Christopher, Tyler, Andrew, Terry, Melinda, Vanessa, Michael, Megan, Kristen, Madelyn, Jordan, Jacob, Jonathan, Ashley, Emily, Travis, Dylan, Lucas and Samuel; 20 great grandchildren Blayre, Ethan, Daisy, Liam, Shae-Lynn, William, Karli, Emma, Dominick, Cori-Lyn, Alison, Robert, Claire, Grace, Aiden, Connor, Lila, Damien, Bryce and Johnnie; sisters Frances & Earl Mott, Gertrude McIntyre, Willa & Dave Bruce, Edith & Dave Coy, Nancy Adams; brother Harold & Mary-Ellen Molasky; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by brothers Robert, Donald & Edward.. She is resting at Sherwood’s Funeral Home and Life Tribute Centre (506-839-2156), 18 Scovil Road, Norton, NB, with visiting on Friday from 2 to 5 and 6 to 8 p.m. A Celebration of Irene’s life, conducted by Elaine McLaughlan, will be held from Sherwood’s Chapel, Norton, NB, at 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 9, 2013. Interment will take place in Stewarton United Cemetery in the spring Donations in memory of Irene, may be made to the Stewarton United Church or the memorial of the donor’s choice.
