It is with broken hearts that the family of Paul Michael McLaughlin, husband of Ann (Landry) McLaughlin of Norton, NB, announce his death which occurred at his residence on January 21st, at the age of 70. He was born on May 8, 1948, in Saint John, NB, the son of the late Maurice & Marion (Bagley) McLaughlin. Paul is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, his children: Aaron (Lindsay) McLaughlin of Sarnia, Ont, Joanna (Danny) McLaughlin of Springfield, NB and Sean (Carrie) McLaughlin of Sussex, NB; grandchildren: Rebecca Gee, Natalie McLaughlin, Hayden McLaughlin and soon to arrive baby Reid; aunts: Betty McLaughlin and Margaret McLaughlin; brothers-in-law: Henry (Joanne) Landry and Stephen (Amy) Fleming; sisters-in-law: Rose (Stephen) Ricketson and Lynn Urquhart; step brother-in-law David (Jennifer) Fleming; step sister-in-law Bev (Bruce) Floyd; as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. Arrangements have been entrusted to Sherwood’s Funeral Home and Life Tribute Centre (506-839-2156), 18 Scovil Road, Norton, NB, where visitation will be held on Thursday, January 24, 2019 at 2 to 5 and 6 to 8pm. Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Friday, January 25 at 12:00pm from Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, Norton, NB. Interment will take place in Sacred Heart Cemetery in the spring.
