It is with sadness we announce the death of Muriel Miriam (Patterson) Belyea of Sussex, formerly of Apohaqui and Midland, which occurred at the Sussex Health Center on April 14, 2017. She was the wife of the late Laurence Belyea. Muriel was born in Cambridge, NB, on June 4, 1924, the daughter of the late Norman and Alta (McLeod) Patterson. She is survived by sister-in-law Doreen Belyea of Wickham, NB; several cousins, and Belyea nieces and nephews including Corrine Belyea of Sussex. Resting at Sherwood’s Funeral Home and Life Tribute Centre (506-839-2156), 18 Scovil Road, Norton, NB. Funeral service, followed by visitation and reception, will be held from Sherwood’s Chapel at 2:00 pm. on Wednesday, April 19, 2017.
