Obituary of Thomas Malcolm Loughery

 It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Thomas “Tom” Malcolm Loughery which occurred on Wednesday, October 8, 2025 in Newtown, NB. Born in Sussex, NB, on December 13, 1978, he was the son of Thomas and Bonnie (Floyd) Loughery.

In addition to his parents, Tom is survived by his children: Jasmine Donovan of Moncton, NB, Maddison “Monkey” Loughery of Moncton, NB and Ryan Loughery of Hampton, NB; mother of his children, April Donovan of Rothesay, NB; grandchildren Jackson and Casey; brother Tal “Moose” Loughery (Jenn) of Lower Millstream, NB; sister Amanda “Min” St. Coeur (Brad) of Salt Springs, NB; grandmother Yvonne Clark (Jack) of Titusville, NB; father-in-law Fonzie; uncles: David, Bill, Danny, Darren and Rob; aunts: Heather, Lynn, Connie, Wanda “Phyllis” and Roxanne; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family. Tom was predeceased by his aunt Pat Friars; and cousin Paulie Hanlin.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Sherwood’s Funeral Home and Life Tribute Centre (506-839-2156), Norton, NB, where visitation will be held from 4 to 7pm on Sunday, October 12, 2025. A graveside service will take place at 11:00am on Monday, October 13 at Salt Springs Baptist Cemetery, 2843 Route 860, Salt Springs, NB.
