Obituary of Tammy Burns

It is with great sadness that the family of Tammy Ann Burns announce her passing which occurred on Friday, June 6, 2025 at her home in Norton, NB.  Born in Saint John, NB on July 30, 1972 she was the daughter of Kenneth “Ken” and Sheree (Kryviak) Burns. In addition to her parents, Tammy is survived by her beautiful and cherished daughter Kendra Burns who was the apple of her eye and brought joy to her life.

Tammy was a humble, kind and generous person. She loved to take walks along the beaches at St. Martins and at New River Beach, playing cards, listening to her music, but most of all she loved when her cousins used to come and stay the weekends. Tammy loved all her family and many close friends dearly. She will always be in our hearts, love you and miss you our sweet girl.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Sherwood’s Funeral Home and Life Tribute Centre (506-839-2156), Norton, NB. Mass will take place on Wednesday, June 11, 2025 at 11:00am from Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 129 Route 124, Norton, NB. Donations in the memory of Tammy may be made to the Sussex Extra Mural or to a charity of the donor’s choice.
