Lois, and all the gang! Marion and I send our deepest love and thoughts. Albert was a one of a kind guy who loved his family and the Lord in the best way possible. He will always go down in my books as my favorite deacon of all time and a great friend. Our kids remember him well from our time in Norton. I remember you and Albert sharing songs and testimonies and appreciated both of you. His hugs are unforgettable as the lifted you off the floor. His sense of humor and the teasing we gave each other made any event we shared a brighter and fun one! His encouragement and love for his pastor was exceptional and will always be remembered. I hope the Lord is ready for this fun-loving guy to join in heavens choir!

I am deeply saddened with the loss of my dear uncle Albert, who I have known and looked up to my entire life. He was such a great kind and gentle man who never had a bad word to say anbout anybody. I remember the days going to his house in St. John on the big hill, I think it was Mount Pleasant St. Nanny was staying there at the time and I remember hanging out there with the boys (who seem so tough because they were from St. John) lol). I remember I’m sitting in the kitchen with nanny and the budgie birds. I spent a lot of time with him going back-and-forth to Sussex in his car, and in the big blue service vehicle. He used to pick me up and take us all up to the plant to work, With Timmy, Glen and Dale.
He was a great man and a great father and grandfather. I have so many members of him he will be deeply missed.
My deepest condolences on Lois, Glen, Andrea, Beth, Timmy, Normanand the rest of the family.

I bumped into Albert (and Lois) many times at Tulakadik events, Association meetings and services at Norton Baptist. My distinct impression was of a man who, as his obituary emphasizes, was devoted to Jesus Christ — a man who “fought the good fight, finished the race, and kept the faith.” May God grant comfort and shalom to all who mourn.

I will miss Uncle Albert very much. I always enjoyed our conversations. His kidding and the fact that we could stand eye to eye with each other (both of us close in height). I will cherish the wooden bowl he gifted me as well as a painting of their family home in East Saint John. It was always a pleasure to run into Albert & Lois at Costco and to share family gatherings for birthdays and burials. He was always smiling. I am thankful that he lived a long and fulfilling life and had such a beautiful and loving family. I will keep all of you in my thoughts and prayers. Aunt Lois, I know this will be a very difficult time for you after almost 72 years of marriage. Sending you hugs and much love. I will see you soon.
