Darcy,Robin,Donna,Sharon,Reid and all their families, I wish to extend my sincere sympathy in the loss of Ethel.She was a very special lady . I sure enjoyed her musical talent along with Ivan. Although I don't remember it , I was told by my Mom and Dad (Allan and Frieda Ness) that Ethel used to babysit sit me when I was very young .Of course she was also a great neighbour. May all your precious memories sustain you at this time.

Aunt Ethel was kind, loving and always willing to lend a helping hand. I have great memories of aunt Ethel and uncle Ivan playing the guitar and singing when family were together.

Ethel came weekly to Belleisle Creek Manor, laden with Hymn Books and played the piano for the Residents .A Faith-filled and generous Soul. Our deepest sympathies.

I always remember Aunt Ethel as a kind and caring person. I have special memories of her looking after me when I would go over for sleep over with Darcy at their apartment in South Oshawa by the Mall or in the camper in the back yard of their Whitby house. I’ll always remember Aunt Ethel as a kind soul who had a way of making everybody feel loved when you were around her. She made the BEST chocolate chip cookies, and I absolutely loved listening to her and Robin play and sing along with the piano! She will be missed by all who knew and loved her!
